🎯 Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and drive cold calling and lead generation efforts. This is a remote internship, perfect for someone who’s confident on calls, organized with data, and hungry to grow in a fast-paced digital startup.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to small businesses and shop owners across India
- Introduce Xuwonix’s services (web dev, online branding, digital solutions)
- Identify, qualify, and manage potential leads
- Maintain lead data in Google Sheets and internal CRMs
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with the sales team for warm lead handovers
✅ Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Comfortable making 10–30 calls per day
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Experience in cold calling/lead gen is a bonus (but not required)
